The mission of the Association OFVC is to make a significant and positive contribution to the regional and Italian cultural heritage and to promote the social and cultural growth that the country needs.
The Association organises and promotes concerts for artistic events.

It carries out and manages training courses and masterclasses related to artistic and musical culture. The Association is also committed to establishing scholarships and contributions for all students and artists who apply commitment, involvement and constancy, in their work.
